Hi everyone, today my card is for the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Blog. The challenge is to make a card with spring colors. For my focal image I chose the Mae stamp, and I colored her with my Copic markers and added some Star Dust Stickles on her belt and on the sand I created. The cardstock I used is from Gina K, and the design paper is from Basic Grey's Kioshi paper pad. I added some lace that I had in my stash and ribbon from Offray. The rhinestones are from Queen & Co., and the flowers are from Prima. I've just started collecting Kimmie's stamps and I love them and can't wait to be able to get her new ones (when my wallet will allow me.) Thank you for taking the time to stop by and have a wonderful day!

Hello. My card for today is for the Magnolia-Licious Challenge Blog, and this week its an inspiration challenge. Our inspiration picture is a cross made out of easter eggs on a bed of grass. Its very spring looking with beautiful pastel colors. My card is made with cardstock from Gina K and the design paper is from K & Company. I cut an opening in the center front of the top layers with nestabilities labels fourteen and put my focal image behind it. The image I used is, Tilda with small gift stamp, that I colored in with Copic Markers. I added flowers that I had from my stash, and from Prima, rhinestones from Queen & Co. in lavendar, and ribbon from Paper Trey Ink in lemon tart. I also used a couple of single Fleur De Lis from Spellbinders Pendants. The sentiment is from Paper Trey Ink"s Mega Mixed Messages stamp set. This is an older stamp set but I find I use it alot. Hello everyone on this cold and rainy day, spring can not come to soon for me. At least we will be able to turn the clocks ahead this weekend, YEAH!!!! Okay now to the card, the challenge from COPIC Creations is to use complementary colors on our cards. I started out with Paper Trey Ink white cs as my base, I also used it for my bottom layer that I dry embossed with a folder from Provo Craft called Scrollwork. My focal image is from JustRite's Birdhouses stamp set. I colored the image with Copic markers and applied Star Dust Stickles, and used a die from Nestabilities classic circles to cut it out, and used my mat pack to add faux stiching marks. I also used a die from the Nestabilities scalloped circles to cut the pink cs backing out. I added a sentiment from JustRite's You Inspire Me stamp set, using Memento's Rosebud ink. I finished the card with a ribbon from Offray.Thank you so much for stopping by and have a wonderful day.

The Seven Kids Challenge Blog has a new challenge and it is to make a card using the colors of Mardi Gras,Purple, green, and gold. For this challenge I decided to use my Mermaid Tilda stamp as my focal image. I colored her with my Copic Markers and die cut her out with my nestabilities classic circle large, I also cut out the Lacy circle as a backing in gold foil to accompany the circle cut out of xpress-it blending card. I love this paper for coloring with my copics, they blend so well.My base for this card is from Gina K, the 120lb pure white cs, I used PTI plum pudding as my base layers. The design paper on the bottom is from K & co., and the other design papers are from DCWV Nanna's Nursery. I used Prima flowers on the left upper part of the card and on the center of the ribbon. The embelishments on the ribbon are from spellbinders Fancy Holiday dies. On the green pocka dot paper under the ribbon I used a EK Success punch I think it is called swiss cheese. Finally I added rhinestones from Queen & Co. to the image in lavendar. I hope you have a great day, and thanks for stopping by.
