Seven Kids Challenge # 16

The Seven Kids Challenge Blog has a new challenge and it is to make a card using the colors of Mardi Gras,Purple, green, and gold. For this challenge I decided to use my Mermaid Tilda stamp as my focal image. I colored her with my Copic Markers and die cut her out with my nestabilities classic circle large, I also cut out the Lacy circle as a backing in gold foil to accompany the circle cut out of xpress-it blending card. I love this paper for coloring with my copics, they blend so well.My base for this card is from Gina K, the 120lb pure white cs, I used PTI plum pudding as my base layers. The design paper on the bottom is from K & co., and the other design papers are from DCWV Nanna's Nursery. I used Prima flowers on the left upper part of the card and on the center of the ribbon. The embelishments on the ribbon are from spellbinders Fancy Holiday dies. On the green pocka dot paper under the ribbon I used a EK Success punch I think it is called swiss cheese. Finally I added rhinestones from Queen & Co. to the image in lavendar. I hope you have a great day, and thanks for stopping by.
